We serve clients facing criminal charges throughout Southern California.
Our services can start before you’re officially charged with a crime. If you’ve talked to police, or they are investigating your situation, we can provide guidance, talk to the police and prosecutors, even before your case goes to court.
Taking the time to get to know you and your priorities is the first step to best helping you through the court process. Then, when we go to court and are talking to the judge or prosecutor, we are talking about you, not just a case number.
Through the process there are different court dates. We will get any evidence, review it, and take the time to go over it with you. We will go through the pros and cons of any options you have, so that you have the information you need to make the best decision for how to best proceed with your case.
Most cases do not go to trial. But, if after considering your options, you decide that taking your case to trial is best for you, we can represent you at trial too. At trial a prosecutor will call witnesses to testify against you and we will cross examine those witnesses to ensure that the jury gets the whole story. We also can call witnesses to help your case, including you. We will discuss the pros and cons of you testifying – remember you have a right to remain silent, and not incriminate yourself!
